SUPPLEMENTS:

INFORMATION FOR GUESTS:
Rooms will be available from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure;
The tourist tax of €2 per person per day, (excluding children up to their 13th birthday) will be charged separately;

Rates valid for 7 nights stay x 5 people (+ €30,00 for each extra person).
CONDITIONS AND SERVICES FOR THE RESIDENCE:
- DEPOSIT: To confirm a booking, a 25% deposit must be paid by bank transfer.
- CHARGE FOR SERVICES: included in the price – electricity, water, initial bedlinen and towels. (only initial endowment no change) .
- FINAL CLEANING: compulsory €60,00 per apartment – excluding kitchenette and dishes, which must be cleaned by guests.
- MEAL VOUCHER: minimum 7 days € 105,00 per person, to be purchased at the residence.
- BREAKFAST VOUCHERS: minimum 7 breakfasts € 42.00 per person, to be purchased at the residence.
- COMPLETE CHANGE OF BEDLINEN AND TOWELS:: optional, €15,00 per person.
- TOURIST TAX: compulsory, payable at the residence – €2,00 day/person excluding children under 13.Tourist tax must be payed at the hotel.
