GENERAL RESERVATION CONDITIONS - HOTEL
The rooms, from single to quintuple, equipped with a private bathroom, hairdryer, TV, piped music, will be available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival, and must be left by 10:00 am on the day of departure;
The tourist tax is equal to € 2 person/day (excluding children up to 13 years of age who have not reached the age of 13);
A deposit equal to 25% of the total stay will be required for each reservation; the deposit will be fully returned only if the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the check-in date
REDUCTIONS
- Children aged 0 – 3rd birthday in 3rd/4th/5th bed in room = FREE
- Children aged 3 – 13th birthday in 3rd/4th/5th bed in room = – 50%
- Adults in 3rd/4th/5th bed in room = – 20%
SUPPLEMENTS
- Single bed: + € 15
- Cot: € 10,00 per day
- Animal supplement to follow-up: € 10 per day (no access to breakfast room/restaurant allowed)

CONDITIONS AND SERVICES FOR APARTMENTS
Three-room apartments up to 4 a 9 beds people with kitchenette, color TV, direct telephone and hairdryer.
The tourist tax is equal to € 2 person/day (excluding children up to 13 years of age who have not reached the age of 13);
A deposit equal to 25% of the total stay will be required for each reservation; the deposit will be fully returned only if the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the check-in date.
- DEPOSIT: € 200,00 to be paid on arrival, per apartment.
- CHARGE FOR SERVICES: included in the price – electricity, water, initial bedlinen and towels(only initial equipment , not the further change).
- FINAL CLEANING: compulsory. Per apartment € 70,00 (excluding kitchenette and dishes, which must be cleaned by guests).
- MEAL VOUCHERS: minimum 7 days €120.00 per person, to be purchased at the residence.
- BREAKFAST VOUCHERS: minimum 7 breakfasts € 56.00 per person, to be purchased at the residence.
- COMPLETE CHANGE OF BEDLINEN AND TOWELS: optional € 20,00 per person.
- DOGS ADMITTED: Daily cleaning and sanitization at the weekend costs € 50,00.
